Is the fellowship really ₹3,999? What’s the catch?
No catch. ₹3,999 is the founding-cohort price for cohort 01 because we’re building our reputation and need committed early fellows. Future cohorts will be priced higher (₹8,999+) as we build a placement track record. Founding-cohort fellows get the lowest price the lab will ever offer, plus lifetime alumni network access.
Do you guarantee a job at the end of the fellowship?
No, and you should not trust anyone who does. What we guarantee is: 8 weeks of structured mentorship, 2+ shipped features in real client products, a live portfolio, a GitHub history, and a written reference from your project lead. Whether you get a job depends on your work, your interview skills, and the market — we control the first part, you control the rest.
I have no coding experience. Can I still apply?
Yes. The application has one short problem-solving question, but no coding test. We’re looking for curiosity, communication, and grit. About a third of our short-listed applicants have never written a line of code before. The first two weeks of the fellowship are designed to bring you to a baseline.
How does the free 7-day prototype actually work?
You apply via a short form. We pick 4 businesses per quarter and build them a working prototype on a staging URL within 7 working days. You get a Loom walkthrough and an honest quote for the full build. No commitment to continue with us — if you take the prototype and walk away, that’s fine, the source is yours. We do this to build our portfolio and to filter for serious clients.
Why limit to 4 free prototypes per quarter?
Because each one takes a week of senior engineer time, and unlimited free work would mean lower quality and burnout. The cap is honest: we’d rather build 4 great prototypes a quarter than 40 mediocre ones.
What if my project takes longer than 4–8 weeks?
If the delay is on our side — we keep working at no extra cost until it’s done. If the delay is on your side (slower feedback, scope expansion, late content delivery), we’ll tell you up front, in writing, before any extra work happens.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Indore?
Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We work with clients across India and a few abroad — everything is delivered remotely with daily WhatsApp updates and a staging URL. We do prefer in-person discovery calls for Indore and Bhopal-area clients because it builds faster trust.
Who’s actually behind Nexisphos?
A small team of working engineers based in Indore. We chose to start a lab here rather than move to Bangalore because we believe Indore’s SME ecosystem is underserved and the talent here deserves a reason to stay. We’ll add a full team page after Cohort 01 launches.
